I’d like to thank PaleoParents.com for inviting me to post this recipe for paleo-style Chocolate-Vanila Pinwheel Cookies on their fabulous website. These festive cookies are a lot of fun to make and not overly sweet like a lot of holiday treats can tend to be. If you’d like to give it a try, check it out here on the Paleo Parents website.

Would it be okay to substitute liquid Stevia for the honey, and how much would you suggest?
Also, would it be okay to substitute Swerve for the honey, and would you have to add any more liquid, since this is a dry ingredient?
I can’t wait to make these this weekend. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Jayne
Hi Jayne,
Thanks for your questions. I’m sorry that I cannot be of more help to you on this one. I’ve never used either Stevia or Swerve before and so have no basis on which to advise. If you do try to make the cookies using these substitutions, please let us know if it works and how much you used.
Have a lovely holiday!
Allison
